Elternmitteilung zur Allgemeinverfügung

Liebe Eltern,

Dear Parents,

Here you will find the “Tenth general decree of the Potsdam-Mittelmark district on the domestic segregation and health monitoring of people infected with the new type of corona virus, of suspects, excretors, close contacts and suspects”, which applies from December 29th, 2021 to February 22nd .2022.

You are parents of children in our daycare centers and so you should know and consider this important information.
I would like to draw your attention to four points in particular:
• under 2.2. you will find the arrangement that you must inform the head of your child’s daycare center immediately if you have a positive self-test result,
• under 3.1. it is described that sick people, suspected persons and close contact persons have to go to domestic isolation immediately without further instructions from the health department,
• under 4. all information on the time of the beginning and the end of the segregation is contained, under point 5 the behavioral obligations in the event of segregation,
• the obligations of conduct for the group of suspected contagion, defined for the first time, are listed under 7.

As the manager of the operation, I would like to ask you to adhere to the provisions of the general decree. At the end of last year, we experienced in almost all of our facilities what we had not known since we started our own business: we had to close groups and areas because we no longer had any staff. A large number of employees were infected and sick. In some cases, colleagues had become downright sick for fear of infection. That doesn’t help any of us, above all it is bad for you as parents who want your child to be well looked after. Our goal is that you can go to work with peace of mind.
Unfortunately, however, we repeatedly learn that parents do not report their own illness or that of siblings to us. That is not trustworthy.

Therefore, in conclusion, my request once again: adhere to the regulations of the general decree and

STAY HEALTHY YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES IN 2022!
